FSEV has been constituted as a religious organization since 1990 by order of a Québec government decree. Its vision, however, is decidedly non denominational. FSEV is humanitarian and oecumenical. Its inner aim is the evolution of the conscience of mankind and to promote its capacity to be an instrument of peace and justice.

FSEV sees the soul as the most important part of one self regardless of race or religion. Open on the world, FSEV acknowledges that our society benefits from the several cultures that surround us. It respects each person’s spiritual integrity, encompassing the collective sharing of fundamental values that bring human conscience to new heights.
